I was referred to this shop by a friend after I had a minor accident, and I can’t thank them enough for the recommendation. The team was incredibly professional and empathetic throughout the entire process. They assessed the damage and provided a clear estimate, which was very reasonable. What impressed me most was how they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. It’s clear they value customer communication, which is refreshing in this industry. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new! My only minor critique is that they could improve their signage for easier navigation; it was a little tricky to find the entrance at first. I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The staff was friendly, and they completed my oil change quickly. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but overall, I was satisfied with the service!
